Services Offered
Nexa Design Studios LLC provides services including but not limited to:
- Logo Design
- Graphic Design
- Website Design & Development
- Animation Services
- SEO Services
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Mobile App Development
Project Agreements
All projects begin only after mutual agreement regarding scope, pricing, deliverables, and timelines.
Communication through email, WhatsApp, signed proposal, invoice acceptance, or written confirmation may serve as approval to begin work.
Design & Animation Projects
For logo design, graphic design, and animation projects:
- No upfront payment is required unless otherwise agreed.
- Initial concepts and creative work are provided before payment.
- Once concepts/work have been delivered and the client chooses to discontinue, pause, cancel, disappear, or back out of the project for reasons unrelated to service failure, the client agrees to pay 50% of the total agreed project amount as a cancellation and creative service fee.
This fee compensates for time, research, strategy, and creative effort already invested.
Website, SEO, SMM & Mobile App Projects
For website development, SEO, SMM, and mobile app projects:
Final files, deployments, access credentials, source code, or ownership transfers may be withheld until all outstanding payments are cleared.
Payments are milestone-based.
Work progresses according to approved milestones.
Delays in milestone payments may pause the project timeline.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included depending on the project scope agreed upon.
Excessive revisions, major redesigns, or changes outside the original scope may result in additional charges.
Turnaround Time
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience only and may vary depending on:
- Client responsiveness
- Revision requests
- Project complexity
- Technical issues
- Third-party delays
We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete client communication or approval delays.
Refund Policy
Due to the creative and digital nature of our services:
- Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
- Deposits, milestone payments, and cancellation fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are only considered at the sole discretion of Nexa Design Studios LLC.
Intellectual Property Rights
All concepts, drafts, source files, code, designs, and creative assets remain the property of Nexa Design Studios LLC until full payment is received.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, editing, resale, or distribution of unpaid work is strictly prohibited.
Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Nexa Design Studios LLC reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, marketing materials, and case studies.
Limitation of Liability
Nexa Design Studios LLC shall not be liable for:
- Business losses
- Lost profits
- Data loss
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Third-party platform issues
- Hosting/server downtime
Client Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services in cases involving:
- Abusive behavior
- Fraudulent activity
- Non-payment
- Copyright infringement
- Unethical or illegal requests
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable international business and digital commerce practices.
Changes to Terms
